Returns and Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, Sunkissed Jewelry does NOT accept any returns or exchanges. Due to the Customization of the products all sales are final. I ask to please double check that the correct size is chosen and the correct name was entered. SunKissed is not responsible for mistakes made by customers such as color choice, chain size, misspelled name, etc. Please review order before submitting. Once order is sent to my jewelry designer, it cannot be canceled. If customer needs to change the address that was provided, that can be done before the order is shipped. But again, please double check your order to make sure everything is correct. If a order must be canceled, customer has 24 hours to do so. After 24 hours no changes can be made. 

SunKissed is not responsible for broken pieces of any misuse of the jewelry after it has been turned in for shipment. I will be including a Jewelry Care Card with each order, please read and follow those instructions. I must be notified within 24 hours after receiving your item, if you received any defective jewelry. If that occurs, I will replace the same exact item (no changes can be made) or you are able to get store credit, once the item is returned back to me.

I recommend that you are aware of the material of the item(s). SunKissed is not responsible for any allergic reactions or rashes caused by the jewelry.

SunKissed Jewelry is not held responsible for any packages once given to the mail carrier and refunds cannot be done because of an error done by the USPS. If the package is stolen or lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
